Processing & Production Time
Each lithophane picture and other 3D-printed products are made on demand.
Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time (after production):
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).
Shipping Costs
- Within the USA: Shipping is already included in the product price. No extra fees will be added at checkout.
- International Orders: Additional shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
Dellplace Entreprise is not responsible for customs delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and a replacement may be offered when applicable.
