Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Our lithophane pictures and 3D-printed products are custom-made on demand. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging to help us process your request.
After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made products (including lithophane pictures and personalized 3D prints).
- Digital products or downloadable files.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
